We only source fresh pizza produce and ingredients from wherever we believe is best, artisan producers in Italy, Spain and local independent UK suppliers. We use seasonal ingredients... not just for flavour but for your best health.
Passionate about our Fresh Produce
We have our own top-secret recipe. Every ball of dough is made in house using a specialist flour from Italy. Our fermentation process is up to 72 hours long. The result is a light lean, pizza base with airy crispy crusts, packed with flavour. We stretch all our pizzas by hand not a pizza pan or rolling pin in sight!
Our Isle of Wight tomatoes are personally delivered from the Tomato Stall. They are left to ripen on the vine and picked at their peak of flavour, reaching you bursting with freshness and natural sweetness. More sunshine, more flavour! Our homemade tomato sauce is made from San Marzano organic DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and a touch of sea salt.
We only use the freshest, creamiest whole mozzarella balls straight from Italy, along side all sorts of Italian cheese such as our aged parmijana, burrata and provola, to name just a few. Lyburn Farm in the New Forest provides our famous Old Winchester for the delicious cauliflower cheese pizza, our Rosary goats cheese is famously made in Salisbury and the pecorino comes from our producers in Yorkshire.
Sourced locally of course from the best farms in Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Our charcuterie meats come from only the finest producers in Sudtiorl, Calabria, Parma in Italy and our Serrano Ham comes from Spain.
Our lovely fresh fruit and veg is carefully selected daily and sourced locally where possible. Our menu evolves seasonally to ensure that we are getting our hands on the freshest and most flavoursome produce available.
All our gelato and sorbet is specially handmade to order, by our trusted friends Mooka, in Petersfield, Hampshire. Mooka only uses natural ingredients. Their gelato is low in fat and gluten-free. The sorbets are fat, gluten and dairy free, therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
